• Provide continuous improvement and upkeeping of café directions where needed i.e. in any relevant workflow processes or work relations among café staff.
• Ensure café data collection are accurate.
• Collate daily indicators (e.g. tallying of profiling with drinks served, total donation received, feedback form).
• Prepare monthly report and café impart report.

4. Café Training

• To provide OJT café training for new café staff.
• To manage internally or coordinate with vendor to support ongoing barista training maintain reasonable quality of café drinks.
• Manage and coordinate periodic café staff feedback session to enhance SOP.

5. Volunteer Management

• To coordinate BEACON/Patient Ambassador volunteers for café befriending purposes.
• To work with internal stakeholders such as Cancer Care Navigators, Patient Ambassadors programme to ensure constant flow of befrienders to support cancer navigation.

Criteria:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Minimally 2-3 years of F&B and marketing working experience
• Has experience providing person-focused care and/or basic emotional support.
• Team player and enjoy working as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Bilingual, though having the ability to speak in more than two languages is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate in local dialect(s) is preferred.

Working Location: Bukit Panjang
Working Hours: Mon – Sat: 9am – 6pm on normal day (no lifting); 6pm – 6am lifting days
(Require working on weekend night shift during the week of lifting execution. 2 – 3 weekends per month.)

Purpose of the Job:
The Lifting Engineer is responsible to assist the lifting engineer to perform all lifting related activities inclusively Pre & Post Lifting vehicle preparation and execution of lifting work on the ECX, NCX1 and NCX2 APM vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement & execute the lifting process and ensuring all lifting documentation readiness in proper order.
• To coordinate and arrange periodic lifting gears/tools inspection with the subcontractor/customer.
• To coordinate and conduct lifting resources planning (internally & externally with contractor)
• To coordinate and organise delivery meeting with the manufacturer and operator to harmonize the delivery handshake.
• To coordinate and organise lifting meeting with the customer and operator to harmonize the onsite lifting arrangement.
• To conduct safety assessment & discussion with EHS team (safety) for any latest safety policy and implement the safety requirement when needed.
• To periodically monitor and implement any procedural changes according to the local authority requirement/regulation updates.
• To periodically monitor and execute the lifting work improvement at lifting site inclusive all facilities/tools.
• To prepare and update the lifting procedure, delivery methods and to ensure that all the vehicle history book/ vehicle documents are clearly written and verified by the customer before the commencement of the work
• To organise/attend customer meeting and/or presenting the delivery and lifting plan.
• To prepare risk assessment prior work commencement
• May require to be present at port for port lifting readiness review and witnessing of the lifting is safely conducted.

Relevant experience required:

• Typically, minimum 1 – 3 years relevant experience, preferably with similar LRT/MRT lifting or cargo lifting background at depot or port environment.
• Work at Height (WAH) qualified
