* Oversee and coach employees

* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

• Ensure that the workers carried out the works in accordance with quality requirement and assit them if necessary.
• To manage, control and moniter of daily project works, instruction and progress.
• Ensure safe work environment on site.
• Responsible for all site matters.
• At least 3 years(s) of working experience in construction is required for this position.
