• Must have deep knowledge in diaphragm wall construction and mechanical of heave machinery & equipment especially trench cutter system, desander plant etc.
• More than 10 year experience for construction site especially in foundation works.
• Able to work in construction site working environment.
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
• Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.

Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Supervisory experience on-site

Job Functions:

• execute daily site activities according to method statement and safe work procedure.
• Leading and executing all tunnelling site-based activities and ensure working are following all WSH regulations.
• Provide in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance to requirements and specifications.
• track and record daily activities and assist engineer in progress claim
• Attending daily workers issues on site.

Minimum Qualifications/Job Experience:

• must have BCSS Certificate
• Incumbent with Civil Engineering project experience is preferred.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long term relationships.
• Computer literate & good working knowledge with Microsoft office
• Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly.
• Ability to work well under pressure
