Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience supervising Crew in F&B industry.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction works supervision.
• At least 8 years of experience in LTA MRT station and tunnel construction.
• Familiar with LTA MRT projects specifications and requirements.
• Abe to coordinate with LTA, QPS and subcontractors in works execution.

Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Boon Lay [ Company transport - pick up from Jurong East interchange at 6.45am to the Company ]

Working Days: 5.5 work week

Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm

Salary : Salary $2800 - $4500 (subject to qualifications and experience) + OT

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
• Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
• Oversea and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Plant
• Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
