QA QC Supervisor

The Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA&QC) Supervisor/QA&QC Executive monitors sampling and product quality testing. He/She performs non-standard quality tests and manages documentation of data and test results.

Responsibilities

• Support the site and project manager in architectural aspect of the construction works.
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.
• Implementing the QA/QC system to ensure quality targets are achieved.
• Prepare project quality plan for execution.
• Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices.
• Monitor and update schedule and status of CONQUAS / QUALITY assessment.
• Support in tender review in quality areas, when required.
• Attend QA/QC meetings and site inspection and ensure proper record and documentation.
• Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.
• Liaise and Coordinate closely with Site Project Managers and representatives (Structural, Architectural, Civil, etc.)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in respective discipline Engineering, project management, or equivalent tertiary education.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in site QA/QC supervisor role.
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

1. Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork , rebar, concreting, survey.

2. To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule

3. To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works

4. To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites

5. To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites

6. To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures

7. To report to project team on work progress at construction sites; To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation

8. To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.

9. Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
