Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Primary Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Leadership:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage delivery teams, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.

• Pre-Sales Support:

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
   • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or Agile) are a plus.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital service delivery, project management, or a related role.
   • Proven experience in pre-sales support, including solution design and technical proposal development.
   • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Strong understanding of digital services and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, software development, data analytics).

• Conduct market research in Singapore, including market trends, competitive landscape, relevant regulations, and new policies.
• Organize and build the relevant team for the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with the ability to communicate in English.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in medium to large enterprises, with an understanding of project operations in the Singapore market.
• Experience in local operations and management in Singapore.
• Excellent business development skills and negotiation techniques, with strong execution and stress resistance.
• Familiarity with IT operations software, Observability fields, and AIOps products, with knowledge of related global products.
