• Monitor and ensure that customers make prompt payment. All discrepancies to be resolved or rectified promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets is required.
• Prior demonstration of negotiation skills is preferred
• Existing customer and/or carrier base is a plus. Or any other related experience is a plus too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work with others along with working independently.
• Detail-oriented and able meet scheduled deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task in completing scheduled activities along with additional activities.
• Ability to manage communication in a positive manner.
• Punctuality and a good work ethic are critical.
• Ability to take a significant role in the SAP and SOP creation process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) required.

Warehouse Assistant shall

• Assist in daily stock take and count of inventory

• Assist in picking of required items

• Assist in the preparation of inventory required by orders

• Assist in the general duties of warehouse and logistics as per deem fit

Candidate’s Requirement

- Physically fit

- Comfortable working in warehouse environment

Working Period

- Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm

Payment

- $10 per hour; $80 per day
