MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Attend to all sales enquiries, prepare quotations to meet customers’ needs

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts. This role includes maintaining relationships with vendors, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Key Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Manages group room/F&B events enquiries and related functions, dealing from receipt

of request to contracting and payment.

• Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of

group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers,

Your day to day

Under the general direction of the Hotel Manager, oversee the activities of the Room Division to ensure the achievement of established quality, guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.
