Responsibilities

The Assistant Executive will provide assistance to the Executive Director (ED) and support to the Administration Team in the day-to-day management of co11ab’s operations as directed by the ED. The support will be in multiple areas such as digital marketing, clerical duties, records maintenance, routine upkeep of non-scientific facilities, meetings and events management, and basic administrative support to co11ab’s members (start-up companies). Basic Qualification/ Skill required

· Liaise with project Manager/Designated staff to valuate and certify completed work and arrange for payment.

· Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims.

· Prepare of monthly progress claims submission and payment.

· Carry out contract administration duties.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
