Operation (Maintenance)

• Provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the Electronic Queue Management System.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
• Must be available to attend for any project implementation, assist Preventative Maintenance accordingly for successful Completion of projects and maintenance issues.
• Be available for on call procedures and other responsibilities required.
• Handle customer’s inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way.

Project Implementation

• Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
• Report weekly to respective Project Managers when tasks are at risk till critical path determined.
• Perform independently with minimal supervision and work with others developing trusting relationships.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within organization.
• Ensure successful implementations across multiple functions in organization.
• Report any delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions.

Standby Duties

• Answer all service request phone calls during scheduled standby duties.
• Attend to the fault call issues and follow SOP in attending to all the calls.
• Handover the tasks to the respective engineers who is on duty the next day.
• Support project adhoc activities (e.g. testing, deployment, commissioning).

What qualifications and/or experience should you have?

• NITEC in Information Technology, ITEngineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic or other related fields.

Reports To: Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the company's Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing and CRM teams, and handling ad hoc projects. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the MD, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Manage and organize the MD's office, ensuring it is well-maintained and operational.

Personal Assistance:

• Assist the MD with personal tasks and errands to ensure their time is optimized for business priorities.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Marketing Team Coordination:

• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the MD’s strategic objectives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing project progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

CRM Team Management:

• Oversee the CRM team to ensure efficient customer relationship management processes.
• Track and analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations to the MD.
• Facilitate communication between the MD and CRM team, ensuring objectives are clearly understood and executed.

Ad Hoc Projects:

• Undertake special projects as assigned by the MD, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Provide administrative support for company initiatives and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.

Haven Lifestyle is a regional bed and bath company based in Singapore and we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant cum Driver (Class 3 or Class 4) to join our Singapore logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Your main responsibility will be that of a Warehouse Assistant cum Driver.
• You will assist the warehouse supervisor in moving and packing stock, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Assist in the offloading of containers when merchandise arrive.
• Assist in stock ins and stock-takes.
• Assist in picking stock for our department store retail outlets.
• You should be able to drive a class 3 or class 4 vehicle to send stocks to our retail outlets.
• During retail event set up and tear down, assist in helping to send fixtures and stock or pack fixtures and stock for return to warehouse.
• Other miscellanous errands as required of a warehouse assistant cum driver.

Remuneration:

Our remuneration includes a basic component as well as a share of commision + aws + bonus. You will be entitled to over time pay. We also have additional allowances such as container offloading allowances for each container that arrives. Do reach out to us if you have any questions.

· The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO

· Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales

· To work closely with customers and build long term relationship

· To handle customers’ feedback professionally

Job Requirements

1) Have at least 5 years experience in Singapore

2) Manage various fruit stalls in Singapore and its employees

3) Must be knowledgeable about durians and fruits from various countries and states

4) Have knowledge about the pricing and quality of durians and fruits

5) Need to train new staff

6) Be able to identify sales trends

7) Must be able to work night shift or split shift

8) Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
