As an Executive Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for three executive leaders and play a pivotal role in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. Exceptional organizational skills are essential for maintaining an accurate database of executive officer key contacts and managing board members' expense claims. The role extends to handling social activities for board members and maintaining and proactively addressing administrative and logistical challenges to optimize the executive team's time.

In addition to providing administrative support, the Executive Assistant will be also be expected to coordinate meetings, prepare logistics and agendas for internal events. Timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders is crucial, requiring strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, building robust relationships. Flexibility is key, as the role may involve additional duties, supporting other departments or executives as assigned.
