• Work closely with cross-functional team (R&D, marketing, Order fulfilment, etc)

About the Team:
Our R&D teams are multi-disciplinary, involving electrical, software, and mechanical engineers. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain FPGA designs using hardware description languages (HDLs) such as VHDL or Verilog, ensuring they meet the functional and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with system architects to define the system architecture and determine how the FPGA will interface with other components on the PCA board and choose an appropriate FPGA based on the project's requirements.
• Implement high-speed interfaces, such as DDR memory interfaces or high-speed data communication protocols, on the FPGA.
• Implement signal processing algorithms, both analog and digital, on the FPGA to process and analyze data from test and measurement sensors.
• Develop testbenches and perform simulation to verify the FPGA design. Conduct functional, timing, and performance tests on the PCA board to ensure it meets specifications.
• Use FPGA development tools to synthesize and implement the design onto the FPGA, considering resource utilization and timing constraints.
• Collaborate with PCB designers to ensure proper integration of the FPGA into the PCA board layout, taking into account signal integrity and power distribution.
• Implement calibration routines and algorithms to maintain the accuracy and reliability of measurement data.
• Develop algorithms for real-time data processing, including filtering, averaging, and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with a team to test, validate, and debug analog and power circuits.

Position Profile:
The Regional Human Resource Assistant Manager (Regional HR AM) is responsible to support the General Manager and Sales office’s head for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization in Singapore and ASEAN and India sales office with collaborating with HR in respective countries. Specifically in the areas of talent management, training and development, and compensation. The regional HR AM provides strategic approach by articulating HR needs and action plans to the General Management and sales office’s head with cross-country perspective.

Additionally, Regional HR AM is responsible for ASEAN and India Mobility/Expats management by developing operational practices with complying the regulation in each country related to work pass or tax and actively improving the current practice according to the change of the requirement from external and internal stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision

· Prepare and monitoring of purchases requisition, data entry into SAP system.

· To assist in the compilation of sales reports and in the administrative reconciliation for sales.
