Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and coordinate invoices for sales orders and monitorring of delivery orders.
• Provide comprehensive customer service, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and efficiently handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Generate export shipment documents, monitor shipping documents for GST compliance.
• Improvise and provide feedback for work matters.
• Adhere to standard procedures.
• Prioritize safety in task handling, conforming to Health and Safety Act and organizational regulations.

Requirements:

• O levels & above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience a plus
• Preferably 1 year of experience in customer service-related field

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting onto application (i.e., Oracle Hyperion Financial Management) on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Preparation of monthly accounting journals
