We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Quality Control (QC) Department. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records to ensure smooth operations within the QC team.

• Manage and organize all QC documents, including inspection reports, compliance records, and audit files.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of QC data both digitally and physically.
• Update and maintain records in the QC management system.
• Assist with entering quality data, tracking trends, and generating QC reports.
• Monitor and report on product quality standards and non-compliance incidents.

Requirements:

• Experience in administrative support, preferably in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
