The Retail Watch Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day duties at the retail outlet, including sales, stocks, and ensuring proper housekeeping. They are in constant contact with their customer and responsible for ensuring that they give great customer service so as to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.
• Assist in inventory management and housekeeping at the retail outlets.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the outlet; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front.
• Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier
• Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager/supervisor.

ABOUT THE JOB:

- Ensure area of responsibility is well maintained throughout the day – clean, tidy, organized and inviting at all times;

- Contribute to the department’s action plan by taking ownership for my part in its delivery;

- Help and support colleagues when needed and in sharing of knowledge help encourage each other. - Take an active role in my team and co-operate when appropriate with colleagues in other are of the store;

- Be aware of top selling products and ensure they are available or promote alternative when these are unavailable;

- Follow and comply with internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety as set by manager;

- Prepare Hot and Cold dishes assigned

- Ensure products and condiments are stocked up, in good condition and replenished on time

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Work with doctor and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics' daily operations
• Fill up of insurance forms and prepare documents to assist in the patients' insurance claims.
• Cover all clinic duties.
• Oversee and ensure all premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards.
• Oversee all facilities and support operational matters. Enhance the operating efficiency of the clinic and bring about optimal service processes for the benefit of patients.
• Perform front desk duties such as attending to patient's registration, answering phone-calls for appointments and enquiries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Experience in clinic operations and administering insurance claims/forms are required.
• Diploma with minimally 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service mindset.
• Working location: Novena
• Working hours: Mon - Fri (9 am to 6 pm) and Sat (9 am to 1 pm)
