Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and completion of export formalities shipments documents
• Liaising with customers and overseas office for export shipment arrangements
• Booking airfreight space with airlines and dealing with terminal for cargo lodgements
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the Airfreight and Logistics industry

Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2025 to 28 Nov 2025 (with option to extend till 30 Nov 2026)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

· Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

As a Teacher Aide, you shall provide administrative support to teachers for the smooth and effective operations of the school.

· Preparation of lesson materials and resources including supporting teachers in the Science experiments prep work and stock-taking.

· Logistical support related to lessons and/or school programmes

· Assist with student-related activities such as keeping track of students’ attendance, loans, lost & found, sorting and collation of worksheets, etc

· General Administration such as binding, laminating, shredding, preparation and verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, housekeeping of files etc.

· Any other duties as and when necessary.

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

· 3 or more GCE ‘O’ level passes including English;

· Good team player;

· Good communication and interpersonal skills;

· Preferably with 1 year of work experience in school general administration;

· Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Office
