Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Singapore
Fixed Term: 12 months. 40 hours per week – 3 days in office and 2 days’ work from home Typical working days and hours – Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00. If flexibility is important to you, please discuss potential opportunities with our hiring team.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across multiple areas of our operations, including supply chain, customer service, reporting, and complaints handling.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage inbound receiving processes
- Support the team in documentation checking and invoice submission for outbound operation
- Support in preparation of reports
- Record complaints

- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Min GCE O level or A Level (Essential)
- Some knowledge on shipping procedures / supply chain will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
