• Assist Accountant with preparation of accounts including: month, quarter, and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, GST reporting (quarterly), general ledger, treasury and debt activity
• Process Invoices, Credit Notes, Journals
• Work with colleague(s) on cash receipts, bank reconcilliation, monitor accounts receivable collection, accounts payables and claims.
• Handle & process HR onboarding/offboarding, staff claims, work pass applications & renewals

Working hours: 1pm – 9pm (Mon-Fri) 9am-5pm (Sat & Sun)

Job Description

• Leads, address questions about the classes and book an appropriate trial class for Prospects after understanding his/her needs/goals.
• Let prospect have a positive experience and explain the various packages and try to close the sales.
• Follow up with the members after closing to ensure that he/she attends the classes regularly, attend to feedback and provide continuous customer services.
• Maintain the studio in good condition with the support of the cleaning team and Customer Service Officer.
• Manage whole studio’s performance in accordance with goals.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with Fitness Sales experience are preferred.

Sales Executive

• 5 days 8:45am - 6pm
• Basic S$ 2,000 - 3,000 (depend on experience) + phone sim card ($120) + car provided (No transport allowance) + commission
• Marymount

Requirements:

• With Class 3 license prefered
• Training provided

Responsibilities:

• Attending to sales enquires, generate and present quotations
• Develop and introduce sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long term relationships with customer
• Prepare month-end sales reports
