• Must be knowledgeable with products and solutions of PAGA, CCTV, PABX, Fire Alarm systems, PLC/DCS systems, Fire & Gas detection and protection systems, Helideck lightings systems, Weather Monitoring systems, Aids to Navigation systems.
• Proficient in AutoCad drawings.
• Relevant work experience in Shipyard, Oil & Gas, Marine, Petrochemical background preferred.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for developing & maintaining customers’ base
• Technical Sales proposals/quotations and clarifications with customers
• Participates in project bidding - both technical & commercial
• Prepares technical drawings and project documentation & scheduling
• Hands-on product integration, troubleshooting, etc.
• Site (eg onboard vessel) survey, installation & support when required
• Involves in sales and marketing efforts

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Surge’s personal training packages.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' goals and assess their needs.
• Develop and deliver compelling, personalized sales pitches.
• Close deals, assign clients to the right coach, and ensure a seamless handoff.
• Build strong relationships and track client success throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to fitness and wellness.
