Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying, promoting, and closing software, hardware solutions, or services and products.
• Lead the Channel Partner network for products under the distribution product portfolio and work collaboratively with the Regional Channels Sales Manager.
• Understand the technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy of assigned accounts.
• Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
• Build relationships with government customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 15 years of experience with solutions-promoting in security solutions.
• Experience with security and networking technologies.
• Experience in promoting to the enterprise sector.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives.
• Understanding of broad range of security and networking technologies.
• Ability to provide accurate forecasting to the reporting manager regularly.

• Support E-Pharmacy business unit to achieve growth and hit sales/business targets by expanding customer base and building brand awareness.
• Build excellent rapport and long-lasting customer relationships by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
• Understand E-Pharmacy key operations in relation to local healthcare landscapes, to plan and support marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in business or healthcare-related discipline, or equivalent experience/certifications.

Ensure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working conditions and having all the necessary working certificates

Ensure all workers at site are wearing appropriate PPE at all times

Conduct weekly safety talk/ briefing

Ensure proper housekeeping by the subcontractors on daily basis

Conduct daily toolbox with the subcontractors

Conduct safety induction program for new workers

Conduct daily safety inspection

Advise external customers of safety needs when visiting the site

Update safety records into the safety systems

Following up on all outstanding safety related issues

Review sub-contractors’ method statements, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
