We are currently searching for a Sales Assistant (Marine) for our company . The ideal candidate is an active and engaging leader who will be responsible for getting future upcoming project for company and customer satisfaction levels are met. In addition, the ideal candidate possesses and should have outstanding knowledge of shipbuilding , conversion , modules and ship repairing works in order to proactively advise clients on requirements

Job Description

・Prospect, present, promote, propose, and sell company products to ship owners, ship management, ship operators and other clients in local and overseas market.

・To hunt, identify and develop potential new business opportunities.

・To handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

・To work with sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required performance KPIs.

・To build and maintain client relationship and attend industry, company events or functions.

・Responsible for all technical matters and documentation.

・Attend and review enquiries and tender documents, its specification and documentation requirements.

・Prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

Job Requirement

・ Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

・Excellent interpersonal ,Good communication and negotiation skills for customers and suppliers

・Good attitude and team worker

・ Able to commit to 5.5 days week

Office Management:

- **Coordination**: Coordinating office activities, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

- **Supplies and Inventory**: Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Administrative Tasks:

- **Data Entry**: Accurate data entry for sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.

- **Reporting**: Generating regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

- **Correspondence**: Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence related to sales and office matters.

Sales Administration:

- **Contract Management**: Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

- **Sales Forecasting**: Assisting in sales forecasting and tracking sales targets.

- **CRM (Customer Relationship Management)**: Utilizing CRM software to manage customer information and track interactions.

Sales Support:

- **Customer Interaction**: The manager collaborates with the sales team to provide administrative support. This includes handling inquiries, assisting with order processing, and addressing customer concerns.

- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions is crucial.

- **Quotations and Proposals**: Preparing and managing sales quotations and proposals for potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Organizational Skills**: Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritization.

- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- **Communication Skills**: Clear communication with team members, clients, and suppliers.

- **Proficiency in Office Software**: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Job Description

• Coordinate and follow up on Customer's Inquiries, Quotations, Purchase orders & Collection of payments
• Developed new customers through cold calls.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new customers.
• Work closely with the Sales Team and provide support to prepare quotations and coordinate with customers.
• Handle any additional miscellaneous tasks as needed

Job Requirement

• Min 1 year of working experience in sales support, customer service preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
• Well organized, excellent interpersonal and good communication skills
• Working experience in the same industry is advantage
