8) Liaise with the client, consultant, vendors, subcontractors and other relevant parties on field / factory inspection issues pertaining to the quality and project issues.

9) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistances and technical support.

10) Attend required interdepartmental meetings including providing relevant updates on the status of project and QC matters and to obtain and relay information which may impact the project pipeline.

11) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.

Requirements

1) Minimum Degree in Civil / Building / Construction or equivalent.

2) Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a Precast or Building & Construction environment with at least 1 year of supervisory capacity.

3) Knowledge of HDB precast construction practices and erection sequence.

4) Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.

5) Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

6) Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.

7) Willing to work on Sundays or Public Holidays if required.

8) Proficient in Microsoft Office.

9) Someone with a Class 3 Driving License will be advantage.

Plan and execute marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and market share

Develop and maintain customer relationships, particularly with clients in the AV (Audio-Visual), event management, and machinery industries

Promote our LED products and services through both online and offline channels

Analyze market trends, gather industry insights, and optimize marketing strategies

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets

Experience in marketing, with preference given to candidates who have worked in AV, event management, or machinery-related companies within 5 years.

Familiarity with LED or related industry products and a solid understanding of marketing tools and strategies

Strong communication, market analysis, and teamwork skills

Proactive, with good project management and execution abilities

Experience in the LED industry and familiarity with channels like SI is a plus
