About the LightSPAN Research Group

The collaborative project is led by Prof. Dr. Manuel Spitschan (TUMCREATE/TUM) and Asst. Prof. Raymond Najjar (NUS). The focus of the work performed as part of this position is a clinical trial investigating the use of cutting-edge behavioural digital-health interventions to promote healthy light exposure in ageing.

Job Purpose/Objective of the Position:

As the coordinator in the LightSPAN Project, you will play a pivotal role in the successful coordination and execution of a study on optimising light exposure in senior citizens. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating various aspects of the trial, including recruitment efforts, participant contact, logistics planning, and participant remuneration. Your contributions will directly impact the progress of our research and contribute to the achievement of our project objectives. You will be joining a dynamic research team. This is a 24 months fixed term contract.

To assist investigators in conducting clinical trials and research according to study protocol, International Conference on Harmonization Guideline for Good Clinical Practice E6 (ICH GCP E6) and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements as well as IMU Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hospital policies.

We are looking for Sales Proposal Engineer to join Sales Proposals Team, Southeast Asia & Australasia. This is a permanent opportunity, and the location is Singapore.

What you will be doing:
As Sales Proposal Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

· Managing and coordinating proposal creation with internal & external stakeholders for assigned cases.

· Creating of high-quality sales proposals for Parts, Field Services and package solutions addressing customer needs and maximizing our value propositions, including documentation below but not limited to:

o Commercial propositions

o Margin calculations

o Technical scope

o Description of maintenance scope

o Documenting commercial and delivery terms & conditions

· Preparing responsibility matrixes for the offer.

· Preparing handing over documentation for the service delivery team.

· Identifying, presenting, proposing, and promoting the upgrading solutions to customers to fill their explicit and implied needs together with local sales.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering

You will work with the next generation of mobile-first businesses and drive change to accelerate Google’s position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install and engagement. Your understanding of the app ecosystem across iOS and Android combined with your commercial acumen shape how new and existing businesses grow. Qualifications

• Set high-level priorities within the team to appropriately engage clients across your book of business. Consistently deliver against assigned quota and strategic objectives.
• Work with the Global Apps Solutions Specialists, Product management, Eng teams to define key APAC opportunities across Google’s suite of app install products.
• Collaborate with strategy and ops stakeholders to ensure alignment and assess APAC go-to-market needs.
• Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations. Serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in mobile, advertising sales, account management and/or client services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading teams across different product areas
• Experience building strong relationships with senior, cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience leading large highly motivated sales team to sustain the entrepreneurial culture
