• Manage and be responsible for commercial success in the Singapore region (SEA region team) for our entire Biosciences product portfolio including our cutting-edge single-cell dispensers, liquid dispensers, microscopes, microbioreactors and centrifugal plate washers
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, manage accounts and arrange prospect meetings
• To work with FAS to conduct compelling live or remote demonstrations and presentations to prospects
• Develop and execute smart concepts to build efficient sales processes together with our product management and field support team
• Develop applications with customers and ensure customer success in the context of our target markets
• Represent our company at scientific conferences and trade fairs
• Work closely with the executive management, product management, marketing team as well as the customer support to drive initiatives and enhance campaigns
• To work consistently to achieve sales KPIs set
• To be able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
• To collaborate with managers and global team to implement localised sales strategies
• To be on ground to aggressively hunt for new customers

Qualifications

• University degree in life sciences, biology or similar field preferred
• Experience as Sales Specialist or Field Application Scientist for laboratory equipment in life sciences
• Experience working with distributors would be advantageous
• Technical expertise with lab devices or tech-savvy personality with a hands-on and hunter mentality
• Exemplary communication and confident negotiation skills
• High self-motivation, good planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRMs
• Willingness to travel as and when required
• Being bilingual would be preferred
