Job Description:

• Coordination with internal and external parties (customers, vendors, and freight forwarding companies)
• Arrangement of daily shipment.
• Preparation of full set of shipping documents for export and import
• Management of Customer and supplier for order follow up, delivery etc.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain management or Material Management or related field of study from a recognised institution
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain / shipment coordination from a manufacturing sector preferred
• Good self-discipline, positive working attitude, good team player
• Proficiency in Computer literacy
• A team player who is self-disciplined, good leadership qualities, resourceful and problem solver
