Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Sales Support Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide sales support to the sales team in administrative area
- Support sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, quotations, documents and CRM) and customer inquiries
- Prepare and tabulate daily/ weekly / monthly sales reports for the sales team and MD
- Monitor inventory movement vs sales forecast and update into the system
- Customer relationship management
- Support in organizing customer visits, meetings etc.
- Gather feedback from customers and report to the sales team
- Work with the other depts to enhance the customer service support
- Assist in other ad-hoc assigned duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or any relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a sales admin
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Able to multi-task and able to be delegated and taking instructions well
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: West
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
