JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Coordinate detailed design drawings and specifications with consultants in compliance with project’s requirements.
• Review and coordinate tree & plants care design plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for landscape maintenance.
• Prepare, monitor and update landscaping progress reports.
• Evaluate architectural and landscape designs from a horticultural perspective to determine the impact and provide appropriate recommendation.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor in Architecture or Landscape Architecture with more than 5 years local work
• Knowledge on Nparks & NEA practices in terms of seeking approval and submission procedures to all government agencies and authorities will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Increase shares in existing markets by sourcing new opportunity.
• Obtain technical & product specification from customers relating to new product orders.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Prepare documentation to obtain approval from management relating to Returns on Investment of new product orders.
• Gather materials, data, information in the new investments / orders including finding, background research and justification of investments.
• Work closely with customer to achieve efficiency of sales and marketing activity
• Prepare sales presentation material, proposal and contract if needed.
• All job functions relating to sales and marketing.

• Diploma in any discipline
• Min 1 years experience in B2B
• Independent with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied
• Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion
• Oversees daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement
