Responsibilities

• Familiarize with HCP engagement process and compliance.
• Strong in internal engagement with stakeholders.
• Take over 2 high-priority regional marketing events (to be identified).
• Establish a clear communication and working process with each marketing head.
• Experience with social media platforms such as IG, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Formulate /develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns/events to promote organizations' products/services that align with market trends and business goals.
• Collaborate with our Stakeholders and Product Management teams to develop marketing collaterals and support new product launches.
• Responsible for the company’s brand awareness and presence through the use of various marketing channels and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Min 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Specialist or Communications.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related.
• Software Skills: Social Media, Microsoft applications especially PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience in both digital and traditional marketing are required.

Job Description

Objectives:

The Sales Coordinator will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry. Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will be responsible for e-invoicing and all other activities to support sales generation within the respective Sales Business Unit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales function by managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers, processing and completing orders and delivery arrangements; and/or service recovery matters when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible as Sales Representative to propose company’s products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain & strengthen the relationship
• Find sales leads & biz opportunities by coordinating with delivery(technical) teams
• Process end-to-end sales activities such as proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract and overall project management
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs

• Proficient in written Korean language to liaise with the Korean clients and HQ in Korea

Assist the M&E Manager in planning and co‐ordinating specific M&E works on site.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The M&E Coordinator (Site) is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

Planning & Programming

• Assist M&E Manager on the preparation of planning, programming and monitoring process of M&E works and provide specific detail plan/program as per M&E Manager’s instruction.

Quality

• Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.

c) Notification of time and cost implications to client and consultants with the aid of Contracts Manager

d) Cost control against M&E subcontractors variation order including price negotiation

• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
• To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors.

Safety

• Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at M&E Section, M&E subcontractors and vendors with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub contractors.

(C) Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

(D) Personality:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long term relationships.
• Ability to lead subordinate M&E staffs and provide supervisions/instructions to staff.

(E) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical trades.
• Strong M&E works site installation knowledge with the ability to provide practical solution related with site installation.
• Strong Local Code/Regulation Knowledge pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety.
