• To provide sales & operation support to all shops' requirements on sales materials, issuance of uniforms & aprons to new/ existing outlets' staffs.
• Coordinate & process sales orders received from corporate customers.
• Prepare & issue vouchers to customers.
• Periodical stock-taking & packing of uniforms/ etc. stored in warehouse.
• Sending pest control & drainage service reports to all landlords.
• To handle purchasing of office stationeries/ name cards/ equipment as & when required.
• To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time when required.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft application (Excel & Powerpoint).
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Able to work on Saturdays (When scheduled).
• Prior experience in similar field will be an added advantage.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through events, seminars and networking
• Work closely with the marketing and events teams to leverage on existing opportunities
• Identify clients’ needs, review existing portfolios and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare quotations and deliver appropriate presentations to clients
• Plan and organise experiential events and seminars for prospective clients

Minimum qualification: Diploma

• Prepare site progress report, project schedules and the necessary documents.
• To be on site execution, supervision, coordination & general project management including attending meetings and site inspection.
• Solving problems on technical issues.
• Submission of drawings for customer approvals.
• Risk assessment and method statement submission.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.
• Willing to work on Weekend and Public Holiday.
• Willing to work after operating hour.
