Key Responsibilities in Consulting:

• Perform analysis and develop a strategic proposal for the customer based on the findings of
  the business analysis and research
• Develop and present a compelling business case story and strategy proposal

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales and distributor management of Japanese products in
  the region
• Strong understanding and exposure to the ASEAN market
• Good leadership skills to coach and mentor team members as well as having an
  entrepreneurial mindset to lead the company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales presentations and negotiations
• Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally
• Good organizational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams
• Having a network with Japanese Government Agencies like JETRO will be an added
  advantage
• Prior experience with the promotion of Japanese food products
• Japanese language skills are required in liaising with Japan HQ
