• Responsible for efficient management and operations which covers handling and transporting, collecting, processing, recycling, disposal and control.
• Liaise with the various internal and external stakeholders.
• Comply with the plant’s safety regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the daily efficiency status of the line.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety at the work place.
• Other related activities and ad-hoc duties assigned.

Responsibilities:

With a focus and specialisation in events and stakeholder communications, the incumbent will:

● Coordinating and guiding visits to the company from schools, business partners, and government agencies.

● Maintaining a comprehensive calendar and database of scheduled visits, while also managing and updating the photo library.

● Preparing designated areas for visitor arrivals and liaising with internal stakeholders, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

● Conducting daily media monitoring to stay abreast of relevant news and trends.

● Developing and maintaining brand collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other marketing materials to bolster brand initiatives.

● Strategising, planning, and executing events such as conferences, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and CSR initiatives in alignment with the company's objectives.

● Curating engaging content for internal portals, the company website, and various social media platforms.

● Creating and overseeing programmes promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, while fostering alignment and engagement among employees.

● Evaluating the success of initiatives using metrics like attendance, engagement levels, lead generation, and feedback, and utilising insights to refine future strategies.

● Providing support in executing other communications and branding activities as needed.

Requirements:

● Holding a Degree/Diploma with relevant experience in the field.

● Possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building connections

across all organisational levels.

● Being self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and highly-detail oriented.

● Being proficient in office administration and adept in event management.

● Experience in graphic design, photography, or video production would be advantageous.
