Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team's initiatives for customer segments, working along-side teams to integrate content, design, and customer engagement activities into cohesive initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and market diversion from illegal operators, developing segment programmes and enhancements to drive customer segment performance to encourage responsible gambling and achieve advocacy.

Who You Are

• You will need a Degree in marketing, business analytics, computer science or information technology. Advanced certifications in Analytics preferred.

• Experience in gaming products and services will be advantageous.
• You should have a proven track record of using customer data and insights to drive marketing campaigns with results in improved customer engagement and retention.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Trainee will utilise digital marketing techniques to improve company brand exposure. Plan and create promotional campaigns on Facebook or Instagram while making sure that messages conveyed are clear and precise. Edit photos of past works and post them online.

2. Trainee will be in charge of releasing slots to customers and make sound arrangements to make sure that appointments do not clash. Handle all appointment cancellations and find replacements when necessary.

3. Trainee will sell, upsell, or cross sell to customers different packages for the existing beauty services. Highlight current promotions to customers and provide satisfactory customer service to them while making them feel comfortable.

4. Trainee will issue invoices based on types of services engaged, top-ups, cancellations, refunds, etc. Ensure that all fees charged are accurate and payment is received. Generate sales report using Xerox.
