• Resignation Handling: Inform payroll vendor of resignations within two days of receiving resignation letters.
• Final Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate processing of final payroll by the vendor.
• Payroll Report Verification: Verify the accuracy of payroll reports provided by the vendor.
• Information Provision: Provide a list of staff email addresses and bank accounts to the payroll vendor.
• Employee Engagement: Assist HR Manager with engaging employees monthly to ensure support.
• Focus Groups: Conduct monthly focus groups for climate checks.
• Feedback Sharing: Share feedback and findings with HR Manager and GM.
• Collaborates closely with the Manager-in-Charge
• Interacts with different departments and the storekeeper to ensure accurate requisitions.
• Follow-up with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery of products

Objective

• Assist the Finance Manager/Senior or Finance Executive to handle Accounts Payables
• Assist and support the Finance Manager in delivering high standards of finance services in a property management environment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle expense approvals and purchase orders and ensure they are inputted into Yardi system accurately and timely
• Process invoices for payments within stipulated timeline
• Handle refunds timely
• Handle all AP invoices/credit notes entries
• Handle all cashbook entries
• Maintain and update financial reports
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheque issuance
• Assist in daily administrative tasks including liaising with vendor.
• Maintain records and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and compliance.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments when necessary

- Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time. (Around

100 headcount)

- Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines.

- Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance , employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF

submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier.

- Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation.

- Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits.

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

- At least 2 year experience in a similar position

- Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines

- Competent in MS Office especially in Excel.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
