We're looking for a committed and independent individual to join our team.
You will be in charge of packing and dispatch of all online orders and managing warehouse inventory & attending to customer's emails
- Managing inventory, quality check and stock count.
- Unpack cargo shipments weekly
- Dispatching all online orders
- Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
- Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.
- Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Female
- A strong interest in fashion
- Strong command of English
- Min N/O Level
- Basic Excel Skills required
- Able to work independently
- Minimum commitment of one year
- Able to start work immediately.
