• Course Organization and Implementation (Key contact point):
• Assist course organizers in preparation of course proposals for Centre Director’s approval
• Assist as CHPT liaison with invited speakers and course trainers regarding course details, speaker logistics and social arrangements (where applicable)
• Assist course organizers to plan and execute course organization, including, but not limited to Publicity; registration;
• Management of queries;Course logistics (venue, refreshments, course materials, course certificates, AV requirements, etc.) and Management of course feedback & 3-month post-course feedback
• Develop, implement and adhere to course planning and implementation timelines
• Achieve minimum course attendance and full cost recovery for each course organized

• General administration and day to day support:
  Provide timely and regular updates to Centre Director (collation of data, slides preparation) on centre’s progress
• Prepare end of course reports to update course organizer and Centre Director which includes, but not limited to, the following: Participants’ profiles/Analysis of course feedback/Learning points AND Recommendations
• Submit end of course reports within 1 month after each course run

Requirements:

• Education: Min. A Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma.
• Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
• Working Location: Kent Ridge & Alexandra
• Working Hour: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm and Fri: 8.30pm to 5.30pm
• The salary range will be up to $2400 depending on the working experience.

Job Description:

• Opening and maintaining New Account Coverage which includes:

1. Engaging new customers and maintaining customer relationship
2. Preparing presentation slides and present to customer when necessary
3. To participate in Bids and win new contracts on behalf of the Organization

• Responsible for end to end fulfilment of orders including:

1. Prepare quotations, cost sheets and PRs and ensure POs are raised and sent to vendors
2. Prepare delivery orders and arrange delivery with vendors and customers
3. Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and billing reports
4. Send monthly billing reports to customers and work with customers to ensure billing reports are accurate before informing accounts to process the invoices
5. Follow up with customers on quotations, POs and payments
6. Enter data into Enterprise System
7. Handle technical and RMA requests
8. Ensure accuracy and accountability for all the above

• Maintain relationship with partners / vendors to ensure smooth operations including:

1. Negotiate for best pricing, review terms and conditions, SLAs and payment terms
2. Working with customers, partners / vendors and all stakeholders to prepare for ITQ and be responsible for all work related to the ITQ submission
3. Work with partners / vendors for marketing programs and events including consolidating customer database, running EDMs and contacting customers.

• Stay informed about our focus products and projects including:

1. Consistently engage customers and handle all sales enquiries
2. Able to explain/demonstrate features of the focus products
3. Able to formulate backend, operational and billing processes and work out plans to provide backend and billing support for the projects.

• Able to identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls to customers and understand customer needs/requirements and ensure smooth sales process.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Technically savvy and proficient in IT to be able to use Enterprise Systems / CRM / ERP to fulfil job requirements.
• Strong ability to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Detail oriented to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
• Good written and oral communication
