• Monitor and resolve and follow up closely with customers on any disputes cases.
• Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales supporT
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor flight/vessels arrivals and update customers if any deviations

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR tasks relating to HR policies, Unit4 Prosoft HRMS, talent acquisition, on/off boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc.
• Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
• Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related letters
• Manage recruitment/hiring processes including interview, reference checks, execute employee onboarding, new hire orientation, etc
• Identifing viable proposals on recruitment plans and initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for better employee retention and manage employee’s exit clearance process
• Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, P-files and all HR related information
• Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations
• Handle the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc
• Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, NSman make-up pay claim, Government-Paid Leave claim, government grants and submissions
• Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation and ad-hoc processing of commission payment and referral fees for employees
• Maintain up-to-date forms/records on training and to administer training for employees
• Plan, coordinate and organize meetings, events, etc
  

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Min 3 year’ HR-related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and local labour legislation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of new and existing clients for the group
• Liaise closely with clients and relevant business units for the onboarding and offboarding process
• Maintain professional and effective working relationships with new clients and relevant business units, and accurately assess the risks of the onboarding applications
• Manage clients’ inquiries and resolve queries or issues promptly during the onboarding process
• Assist new clients with the setting up of their accounts with the Company
• Work closely with the relevant business units to ensure the effective handover processes of the client
• Identify gaps in processes and systems and liaise with IT/ Product team for enhancement
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures whenever there are changes to work processes or systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Economics/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Entrepreneurial and able to work in fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders
• Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates). Additional Asian languages would be advantageous to communicate with clients in the international market
• Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry preferred
