This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). The IWC Wellness Concierge was conceptualized to create a positive experience and first impression for IWC visitors. The Wellness Concierge is made up of a dynamic team of professionals and peer supporters that will provide human points of contact to youths, both in the centre and on the IWC digital platforms. By engaging with the Wellness Concierge, youths can get to know about IWC, sign up for suitable offerings and experience and feel included in a nurturing and cultivating community.
