Job Description:

- Plan, manage, and successfully execute various events such as conferences, national events, dinners, exhibitions, and student events

- In-charge for events related theme and related event’s communication materials and updates

- Negotiate and coordinate with goods & service providers regarding materials and services needed for events

- Oversee event setup and production, ensuring efficiency of vendors

- Serve as a point of contact for all relevant stakeholders during events, answering and solving any issues or enquires raised

- Creating & posting of marketing resources to help advertise events to target audience groups

Requirements:

Having an educational background in Marketing/Event Planning & Management is preferred

A minimum of 3-5 years of working in event management or related-field is preferred as well

Proof of track records from past projects/events completed

Having good communication & interpersonal skills is an advantage

Being able to work in a fast-paced environment is a bonus

Being able to multitask by working on multiple projects at once is also a plus

Business Management

• Provide executive assistant support to Senior Management and develop management reports and presentations
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Perform annual year-end budget and risk analysis for the Division, demonstrating financial planning and risk management expertise
• Perform minutes taking duties during senior management meetings
• Organize, plan and coordinate cross-divisional events and meetings

Sales Tracking and Analysis

• Work with business entities to collate and track sales forecast and performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Manage sales and budget reporting
• Assist in analyzing performance variance against budget

Special Projects

• Work with corporate team on special projects to improve competitiveness of the business
• Oversee and monitor progression of projects and ensure the projects are delivered on-time in an efficient and productive manner

Others

• Establish and ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures
• Conduct annual risk analysis report, research on market and industry trends
• Manage all content assets, database maintenance and archiving of Salesforce, SharePoint and Web Apps
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualification & Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience supporting Senior Management and/or in a Strategic Planning support role
• Good understanding of financials
• Analytical and meticulous
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite, Salesforce and Data Analysis tools
• Possess high level of co-ordination competency and excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
