Accounts Management
o Management of selected key sales accounts
o Assist Sales PIC to achieve sales target
o Handle and attend to customer's enquiry and complaints
o Provide customer support and maintain good customer service

Order Management
o Handle all customer’s orders and enquiry
o Receive and process orders, issue SOC timely
o Monitor and follow up on back-orders, handle shipping discrepancy.

Operation and Shipping Arrangement
o Coordinate with warehouse on picking/ packing of goods according to shipping schedule
o Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange on time shipment of customer orders
o Ensure accuracy in shipping and other documents
o Check accuracy on invoices and charges from forwarder
o Book and arrange vessel on-time and on schedule

Payment Management
o Ensure LC accuracy and proper, on time submission to bank
o Ensure remittance received in bank
o Follow-up and monitor customer payment

Project Management
o Write and share SOP for 2 selected accounts
o Conduct Spark Plugs Campaign
o Support Marine Accessories Campaign
o Support Marine Accessories Catalog

Requirements
o At least diploma

o Willing to travel overseas

Senior Sales Executive

Location: Gul Crescent [Company Transport @ Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]
Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.45pm
Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
Salary: $3,000 above ( Transport allowance $1,020; Gross $5,000 - $7,000 )

The role is to market Professional & Commercial Cleaning equipment, accessories & tools, chemicals, and other consumables to a diverse range of corporate customers, but with an emphasis on healthcare related sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Serve existing assigned accounts and prospect potential new customers
• Learn & familiarise our products well, understand users’ needs, and so be able to offer solutions and assistance to meet their requirements
• Perform hands-on product demonstrations, as well as occasionally conduct presentations to mid-size audiences including management levels

Requirement:

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent; in a business associated, nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
• Experienced in corporate/commercial sales, or facilities’ operations, especially in a healthcare related setting.
• Preferably hold a Class 3 driving license and own a car.

Job Description

• Set up the standard operating processes and templates to support global events and international operations at scale.
• Coordinating with partners, setting up/maintaining event registration pages, drafting marketing materials, sending marketing materials via SGN’s marketing platforms, tracking event sign-ups or assisting in post-event matters.
• Assist in back-of-house operations as part of the enhanced partnership framework. This includes but not limited to procuring services from vendors, drafting partnership agreements with corporate partners, coordinating with relevant parties involved in the operations, setting up meetings/progress updates, tracking the agreements, managing marketing inventories and handling of data entry/processing for internal systems.
• Support ad-hoc office admin matters where required.

Requirement

• At least a diploma in any discipline with one to three years of working experience in marketing, communications, administration or operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organizational and project management skills and able to multitask.
• Able to use Microsoft Office proficiently.
• Must be comfortable with working with digital tools or eager to learn how to use digital tools such as Salesforce, event and social media management platforms
