Requirements

• Diploma / Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or client engagement.
• Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting clients.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
• Highly disciplined and good time management.
• Able to converse in Mandarin in order to liaise and communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage the front office at the Management Office and oversee its realization

-Assist Occupants in the booking of facilities and to monitor these bookings including providing reports

-Record receivables and undertake banking services for receivables and when directed to take action against arrears receivables

-Manage the process of invoices/bills received by the Management Corporation

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

-Good customer skills with self-drive

-Able to speak and read Chinese in order to communicate in Chinese language to handle customers queries and request.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

• Answering Phone call
• Providing support and assistance to the engineer and project team.
• Data entry/report when required.
• Provide support in production operation including distribution of issued Works Order, prepare packing list for generator.
• Maintain maintenance servicing reports.
• Maintain project commissioning test report and test schedule.
• Prepare quotation for maintenance service/ spare parts inquiry.
• Issue servicing contract for valid PO/ approved quotation.
• Submit Service report for billing purpose and prepare monthly maintenance activity reports.
