· EAST – Dakota Crescent (Near MRT)

WORKING HOURS

42 hours over 5 days of a Calendar Week

· 4 Days of a Week - 11.00am to 8.00pm

· 1 Day of a Week - 11.30pm to 8.00pm

OR

42 hrs over 6 days of a Calendar Week

· 5 Days of a Week - 12.00pm to 8.00pm

· 1 Day of a Week - 7.30am to 12.30pm or 12.00pm to 5.00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the operations manager in the key areas of School’s operations, which include:

1. General Security and Safety:

a. Gate duty and traffic management

b. Checking and ensuring that User(s) of school facilities duly exit School by the expiry of the scheduled booking slot(s)

c. Checking and ensuring that the doors of all rooms are locked before leaving School at the end of duty hours

d. Activating the School’s security alarm system before leaving School at the end of duty hours

2. Cleaning duties to support School’s general cleanliness

3. Logistics support for school programmes and events (e.g., assist security guard to maintain traffic control during big events, arrange tables for school examinations etc)

4. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Pref with experience in the use of security alarm system

2. Willing to learn school operational environment and assist the Operations Managers

Responsibilities

• Create innovative content for social media platforms.
• Photography and graphic design.
• Video production and collaboragte with influencers to create contents if required.
• Create strong and interesting written posts to grab the attention of the audience.
• Stay up to date with all developments in social media.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Possess good Chinese/English written skills which include grammar and spelling.
• Able to think out of the box and work with the team to create visually compelling visuals.
• Able to manage multiple different social media channels across multiple clients.
• Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Xiaohongshu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a branch
• Manage personnel and operations at showrooms, company events, roadshows on a rotational basis, including training and organising manpower
• Monitor and implement strategies to achieve sales KPI
• Lead and participate in management assigned projects
• Provide supervisory input upwards for management decision making

Skills Required

• At least 4 years of experience in automotive corporate leasing
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
• Put up monthly interview records for residents
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
