Main Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update employee information, employment history and other information into SAP
• Prepare and gathers employee information
• Update and maintain employees' data and p-files
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and procedures
• Guide, train and troubleshoot stakeholders on the new HRIS (SuccessFactor)
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• At least ITE/Diploma certificate is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Proficient in HRIS - SAP experience is required
