Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch from conceptualization all the through the second or third iteration of the product
• Proven product execution experience at a startup or startup-like environment
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (javascript, node.js, sql)
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis, spread sheets for the application of credit facility
• Evaluate and understand the financial risk associated with borrower and produce quality credit review periodically
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policy and in line with MAS regulations required for all borrower transaction
• Visit clients when required in order to achieve a clear understanding of borrowers’ profile and identify market risk associated
• Handle customers’ inquiries, liaise and develop relationship and business with Head Office, overseas branches and inter-departments as well as corporate customers
• Act as the main contact and information source in the Corporate Banking team, coordinate internal and external lines of communications with various stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Risk, Operations and Head Office colleagues).

• Co-ordination of meetings and papers, agenda formulation, project tracking and updates, action points tracking from key management meetings
• Develop various reports and presentations for management review
• Ensure timely updates of all internal and external communications/presentations
• Engage in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned
• Perform Know-Your-Customer onboarding in compliance with the MAS regulation for all customers

Job Requirement:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business or any related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience within the Banking industry, Corporate Banking space focusing on Aviation and Shipping Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Achieve your own personal sales commitments and targets.

2. Manage a Sales Team such that it is functioning to the optimum.

· Each member of your sales team must meet their sales revenue target. Achieving this revenue is a function of managing the sales pipeline very judiciously, ensuring that products are clearly defined and understood and that these products are clearly being monitored in the pipeline.

· Each sales staff’s pipeline should also always show that they are going to meet the set target ahead of time. Otherwise it will be your responsibility to plan and manage the output by identifying products and clients to target.

· Seeking out and visiting clients personally together with the sales team to achieve their numbers.

12 months Contract Finance Manager

Responsibilities

· Preparation/review of Head Office financial, management information and treasury reporting as well as management information to local management.

· Preparation/review of MAS reporting, including related party return.

· Monitoring of various MAS requirement, such as, MLA, MCB, AMR, ACU book size.

· Review nostro reconciliation

· Review HUB and TREATS offline report as part of financial control function.

· Oversee account payable and receivable, including payment to vendors and cost allocation.
