• Possess at least 2 years relevant experience in Sales and Marketing for Powder Coating, PVDF coating, cladding for aluminium facade products
• Must possess Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle

Leads the establishment of a finance shared service centre Lead a team in the billings, AP, AC, GL, accounting functions.

Manage cash flow and optimise cash balances by tracking transactions.

Maintain strong control ensuring all group policies, tax and other statutory requirements are complied with.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Obtain Forecast from customers for sales projection and planning of material and capacity
• Involve in monthly stock take to target lean and fast turnover on inventory

Requirements

• Possess Engineering / Manufacturing or reliable Technical education or background
• Candidate with engineering sales / customer service experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Good marketing skills and business sense
• Ability to build client relationships easily
• Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
• Must be able to travel and work autonomously and be part of a team player
• Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
• Possess good presentation and negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Candidate required to speak in Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and supply chain counterparts.

We work 5 days a week, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Location in Tuas, 5 mins from MRT station

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a portfolio of projects at various sites, overseeing the operational, manpower planning, deployment and productivity of the staff.
• Maintain regular and direct contact with customers. Inform customers on any updates and ensure the contractual terms are met.
• Develop good relationship with customer to increase their satisfaction towards our service, commitment to our long-term presence and further extension of our services.
• Maintain the budget in terms of manpower and inventory, provide billing summaries and expenses in accordance with the company’s requirements.
• Implement and enforce the company’s procedures and systems laid down.
• Align the operations team’s grooming standards in accordance to company and customer’s requirements.
• Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards. Conduct daily inspections/audits to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.
• Keeping abreast of the latest technology to improve quality and efficient of equipments and identifying trainings for staff to increase their productivity.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks carried out is in compliance to Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices. Manage, investigate and report accidents/incidents to Head Office promptly
• Lead and drive the team in creating great service experiences for customers to achieve our People Make Places Objective.

• Support in achieving contract KPI measurements on employee turnover rate, retention rate, employee survey NPS (net promoter score) and LTIF (lost time injury frequency).

 Support presales and manage projects.

 Conduct technical trainings of company project products. (Power

switchboards/Smart Mcc/ generators control panels)

 In-house testing prior to delivery

 Costing and Tendering for new projects

 Prepare and submit new tenders

 QS for new tenders submission

 Manage production, project progress and deliveries.

 Assist office operation and administration work.

 Assist R&D of new products.

 Involve IoT equipment configuration and set up for testing and

exhibition.
