About the Role

Reporting to the Global Revenue Optimization Lead, the Global Revenue Optimization Manager will lead our Brand Building Investments (BBI), while identifying growth opportunities. This role will focus on establishing governance, refining processes, and enhancing performance across global Regions and Markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Categories, Finance, Demand & Sales Planning, and Revenue Performance teams to drive effective brand investment strategies, ensuring revenue is optimized and business targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Establish the COAs (Promotions, BBI and Trade terms) global governance and guardrails, ensure operationalisation of the global strategy at regional level and implement the needed performance forums. Ensure all is executed with excellence in the markets/regions.

• Translate market insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and market expansion. Identify strategic initiatives, including market entry strategies, product portfolio expansion, and partnership opportunities, to capitalize on market potential. About You

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus
