RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEC and SOX Manager to join our finance team. The SEC and SOX Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, and other financial reporting standards.
