Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts (Holding and subsidiary company)
• Day to day operational activities including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets & cash management
• Responsible for monthly financial reports on a timely basis
• Perform quarterly GST reporting and submission
• Perform half yearly (twice a year) stock take
• Assist in annual statutory audit and budgeting
• Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary for statutory filling duties.
• Responsible for Corporate Income Tax computation – ECI & Tax Computation and IRAS submission
• Experience in implementing ERP System and data migration
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Heading the Accounting Department
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and the senior management.

Based in Singapore, the Senior Manager, Membership & Quality Management is a critical leadership position that will play a critical role in delivering the value provided by Star Alliance to the member airlines. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial, operational, and technical functions within the airline industry.

Job Summary

Membership

• Manage the Star Alliance Membership Portfolio of Full Star Alliance Members, Connecting and Intermodal Partners.
• Manage the implementation of business objectives and governance guidelines into day-to-day processes with the members.
• Prepare and conduct the Membership Liaison and Quality Committee, a key governance forum
• Management of Expert Communities in cross-functional business areas (Data analytics, Marketing/Brand, and commercial functions)
• Coordinating the full lifecycle management of Star Alliance members, from new carrier integrations, lifecycle, and exits of members.
• Planning membership entry and exit projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain collaborative working procedures between Members and the Star Alliance management organization.
• Manage and develop the intra-alliance collaboration tools (Today: StarDesk), including Vendor, IT, procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management.

Business Development

• Manage the overall implementation of business-related compliance requirements for the Star Alliance Members.
• Manage the implementation and distribution of the annual release & publication of Star Alliance Core Values & Standards and the Customer Reference Guide

Quality Management

• Continuously monitor compliance adherence by Star Alliance members through central measurements and annual audits.
• Conduct the planning, organization, reporting and follow-up of member airline audits and passenger journey inspections.
• Continuous review and improvement of the Core Values & Standards, compliance management, and audit concept.

Your Profile

• University business degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Overall knowledge of the airline & aviation industry in strategic areas, airline corporate functions, quality management, and airline-industry related business functions.
• Advanced knowledge of airline partner and alliance management structures through all levels of collaboration.
• Effective communication and experienced in partner relationship management.
• Competent in negotiation and conflict management.
• Able to cope with time pressure, ability to work with speed, independently and in teams.
• Highly organized and self-motivated to meet critical deadlines by balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Test Manager with a proven track record in SAP testing methodologies and a strong emphasis on S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the testing activities related to SAP software implementations, enhancements, and specifically, migrations to S/4HANA. The SAP Test Manager will demonstrate expertise in test planning, execution, and leadership for a large-scale project involving high number of users while ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Test Strategy and Planning:
•Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, with a specific focus on S/4HANA migration projects and other SAP systems like BW, SAC, Datasphere and PaPM.
•Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and SAP functional consultants to understand the unique requirements of S/4HANA migrations.
•Define test scope, objectives, and deliverables tailored to the migration context.

Test Execution:
•Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring that testing activities are aligned with the complexities of S/4HANA migration projects.
•Coordinate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to validate system functionality during migration.
•Conduct various types of testing, including system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing, specific to S/4HANA.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a SAP Test Manager, with a significant focus on S/4HANA migration projects.
•Strong knowledge of SAP applications, modules, configurations, and S/4HANA migration processes.
•Experience with various testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with an emphasis on S/4HANA migration testing.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise landed property reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the assigned project in accordance with company's policy
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects
• Communicate, implement, and monitor company's policy to the project team for the effective implementation of the policy
