Qualifications

• Experience with EzyVet hospital management software is highly preferred.

• As the team manager you will lead the engineers to effectively fulfil the embedded software team charter and provides both technical and personal development guidance to the team members.

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a team leader / Manager.
• Minimum 5 years in firmware development in ARM-based MCU products.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent technical knowledge/experience in electronics circuit design.
• Understanding of ARM architecture, heterogeneous multicore system, and communication interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, Bluetooth, SPI, I2C, UART, SDMMC will have an added advantage.
• Understanding of DVP, Graphics accelerator and machine learning models deployment.

Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM

· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM

· Responsible for business-as-usual operations of the CRM

· Monitor progress and update to management on a periodic basis

· Support the HealthSG Taskgroup meetings.

· Support NUHS teams in running campaigns according to NUHS Comms editorial calendar, and NUHS event calendar

· Manage stakeholder engagements to adjust and implement changes to the operational workflows and service delivery for better outcomes

2. Development of RHSO Learning Management System

· Define the strategy and roadmap for RHSO’s learning management system (LMS).

· Devise and optimize workflow processes

· Perform procurement of LMS (new or renewal) including contracts and agreements review with internal and external stakeholders.

· Responsible for business-as-usual operations and managing of resources (manpower, budget, etc) for RHSO’s learning management system.

3. Data governance and protection

· Work with data protection leads from other Divisions to ensure RHSO compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and MOH’s data-related policies and initiatives

· Provide support/ advice on enquiries from other Divisions for use-cases or initiatives that would require data related actions (e.g. storage, transfer, encryption).

· Provide incident management advice and/or support as needed and ensure that data incidents and breaches are responded to and managed effectively.

· Review Data Sharing Agreements that may be entered into between RHSO and other organizations when needed

· Plan and develop training and communications materials for RHSO staff

Requirements

· A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably within healthcare industry

· Relevant working experience in product management for IT or learning management systems (2 years min), with previous deployment of educational IT resources as a plus

· Experience in managing interactions and integration across different departments/teams

· Proficiency in the domain of data protection, data governance and PDPA obligations

· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Previous experience in UI/UX development, digital design, animation and video editing work as a plus

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience. He/ she is required to work with the rest of the Academy team to drive, support and facilitate transformative learning initiatives, with the view to build a high performing, agile and future-ready health tech workforce in Synapxe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Streamline and set up a strong learning delivery structure for the Academy operations which will enable a good employee experience and is productive.
• Review the Learning and Development Policy to ensure that the policy is updated in line with the learning philosophies and operating model.
• Establish a set of standard operating procedures that will serve as knowledge management and guide for all key learning operations.
• Monitor and track learning budget utilisation, timely completion of mandatory programmes by staff as well as report learning metrics to the various business units and at the organisational level
• Spearhead our learning digitalisation efforts, including procurement of advanced e-learning tools (e.g. virtual reality training), in-house creation of e-learning programmes using the tools and design a structure which will enable the wider organisation to tap on the tools for their learning needs.
• Manage the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, specifically in ensuring seamless setting up of programmes/curriculum, updating of learning roadmaps, rolling out of mandatory programmes, integration with other e-learning platforms such as Udemy as well as accurate recording of learning history.
• Review and establish a common set of contractual terms with external learning vendors and contracting process, which will guide the procurement of learning support and vendor management across the entire Academy team.
• Manage and review enterprise-level learning subscriptions, such as Udemy, Gartner, Singapore Computer Society, to ensure good return-of-investment and cost effectiveness.
• Manage the learning facilities within Synapxe and ensure that they are set up properly to support the delivery of learning programmes.
• Drive all learning marketing and communication efforts; and ensure that all learning touchpoints such as the Intranet and mailbox, are updated and maintained.
• Work very closely with the Competency Development and Governance team to support the learning needs of the organisation. This includes collaborating very closely with them to plan and organise the developmental interventions to support business needs, to ensure that the Synapxe workforce has the right capabilities to support the business.
• As a learning partner to the selected Business Units (BUs), work with BUs to (1) carry out learning needs analysis to identify training needs, (2) identify suitable vendors for training, and (3) support in programme implementation. Be the first port of call when BUs have training-related queries.
• Collaborate with BUs to develop learning roadmaps based on competency frameworks to ensure that the learning needs for employees are clearly reflected for different job grades.
• Facilitate and oversee in-house training programmes for staff such as Group Orientation in an engaging and professional manner.
• Conduct timely reviews of the programmes run by Synapxe Academy to ensure that programmes are effective, and to source for alternative programmes, where relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree with more than 15 years of working experience and prior experience in Learning and Development domain.
• Has at least 5 years of supervisory experience managing a small team of at least 3 staff independently.
• Proven track record in managing learning operations and systems, facilitation, programme development, and learning solutions deployment.
• Attainment of the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or other established learning and development certifications would be an advantage.

The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. Through its main hub in Singapore, the Centre will engage in multi-disciplinary research to promote women’s health, including a series of diet and lifestyle intervention studies.

Purpose of the role

The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Responsibilities include development, implementation and monitoring of meal plans, educating participants as needed, collecting dietary data, and performing administrative duties to ensure the studies’ success and compliance. The staff will work closely with Principal Investigators of intervention studies, collaborate closely with the research team, food service team, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Centre’s Director as needed.

Job Description

• Working on 6nm and below advanced process project APR and Timing/PI sign-off
• Take the TOP and PM role for the complicated hierarchical chip (more than 20M inst plus 500+ macros)
• Take the Block or Block coordinator role for complex blocks
• Do early prediction for critical APR/Timing/PI issues

Job Requirements

• APR/Timing/PI hands-on/tapeout experience on complicated hierarchical chip
• With min. 8 years relevant experience
• TCL/Perl/Python/C/C++ programming skill
• Have advanced process(n6 or below) experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and team work spirit

• Location : Island Wide | Office at Woodlands Industrial Park
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9.30am - 6.30pm

Main Responsibilities:

• To pursue new sales opportunities and will be responsible for managing budgets, strategic planning, leading teams, risk management, and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, expansion, and market penetration within the timber door trade industry
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business operations
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and industry partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven track record of minimally 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant field
• Familiar with BCA Regulations
• Bilingual in English or Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin

Sales Manager responsibilities:

• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
