Key Accountabilities

• Take the lead with digital ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage audiences and generate consumer sales through multiple digital (social and search) channels.

The ideal candidate will acquire new clients, manage existing accounts, and drive sales growth for our Optical Management Software. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with optical retailers, presenting our solutions, and ensuring that clients receive the support they need for successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the optical retail and eye clinic sectors through proactive sales strategies.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are fully utilizing the benefits of PractoPal.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and advantages of our Optical Management Software.
• Collaborate with the development and implementation teams to customize solutions according to client requirements.
• Monitor client accounts and provide ongoing support, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in account management, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Managing potential client referral and conducting home visits to assess eligibility for intake into SCS services.
• Work with partner agencies and stakeholders, referring the clients and/or caregivers to those that can address their needs such as financial aid, healthcare, therapy etc.
• Providing information on details of services to new clients and their caregivers as well as family members.
• Engaging clients in a professional and respectful manner to understand needs and build rapport with clients and caregivers.
• Assist with the HH team on projects on basic to moderate palliative care needs clients.
