• Lead regional and/or global transfer pricing projects, ensuring effective project management.
• Manage transfer pricing audits and regional TP projects.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to deliver transfer pricing solutions to multinational clients, especially in the financial services sector.
• Lead the team in functional analysis, industry research, benchmarking studies, and applying these insights to client strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Review client agreements and documents for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, managing transfer pricing engagements effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, professional networks, and internal teams.
• Engage in additional projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Law, Finance, Tax, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of Transfer Pricing experience, preferably in the Asia-Pacific or Europe regions, in a professional services environment.
• Experience in Transfer Pricing with Financial Services or Financial Transactions is preferred.
• SCTP accreditation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OECD and Singapore TP guidelines.
• Proven project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred) and ability to work effectively at all levels.
• Strong team player.
